Sedalia Stories
The Sedalia Historical Society was organized to collect and preserve the history of Sedalia and the Jarre Canyon area.
The society meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 1 pm at the Sedalia Historic Fire House Museum.
The society is currently working on several projects including:
- Collecting biographies and oral histories of longtime area residents.
- Collecting and photocopying historic photos and documents of the Sedalia areas.
- Operating the Sedalia Historic Firehouse Museum April - September, Wednesdays 1-3 and Saturdays 10-2 or by appointment.
